It's Missing
An explosion within that I must contain.
Emotions I have, my pride finds my shame.
I grit my teeth and I shake my head.
Am I going to feel like this until I’m dead?
My pulse it crashes like a banging drum.
Back to the innocence when I sucked my thumb.
My emotions fall like a raging wave.
My eyes are hollow like a deep dark cave.
All the things I see and all the things I hear.
New emotions, they creep upon my fear.
Now see, I would laugh if I could.
Of those things, you know I would.
How I feel, It’s the missing link.
In all truth, you don’t know how I think.
